These terms cover your use of the Videogram app. By downloading or using Videogram, you agree to them.
The app
Videogram is a media utility that turns videos, Live Photos, and images you provide into frame grids, clips, GIFs, audio, captions and transcripts, on your device. Optionally, you can publish an exported video to a temporary web link. It’s provided for your personal, lawful use.
Your content
You keep all rights to the media you import and the files you export. You are responsible for having the right to use any media you process with Videogram, and for how you use the exports. Don’t use Videogram to create or share content that is unlawful or that infringes anyone’s rights.
When you record with Videogram, you are responsible for having the right to film the people and places in your recording, and for getting anyone’s consent where the law requires it.
Share links
Share via link uploads a video you choose, with the name and cover image you pick, to storage operated by the developer through Apple’s iCloud, and makes it available at a web address on videogramapp.com to anyone who has that address. By creating a link you give the developer a limited, non‑exclusive licence to store, copy, transmit and display that video for the sole purpose of showing it to people who open the link, until the link expires or you end it. You confirm you have the right to share it.
- Links expire on their own — after 7 days on the free tier, or after the 7, 30 or 90 days you choose with Premium — and the video is then deleted. You can end a link earlier from Shared Links in the app, which deletes the video immediately.
- Anyone with the address can watch the video. Videogram does not add passwords or accounts to links, so share them only with people you trust to have them.
- Don’t share content that is illegal, that you don’t have the right to distribute, that is sexually explicit, that harasses or threatens anyone, or that is intended to deceive. The developer may remove any link at any time, without notice, if it appears to break these rules or the law, and may stop offering share links altogether.
- Share links are provided as a convenience with no guarantee of availability; a link may become unavailable before its expiry date if the service is interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you share.
- To report a link, use the report option on the shared page or write to [email protected].
Premium & purchases
Videogram is free to download. The free tier includes every editing tool; visual exports carry a small “Videogram” watermark and video, GIF and audio exports are limited to 30 seconds. Premium removes the watermark, lifts the length limit and unlocks the Speed Up, Animated GIF and audio‑only formats. Premium is sold through the App Store as a monthly or annual auto‑renewable subscription or a one‑time lifetime purchase. The annual plan may include a 7‑day free trial for new subscribers; if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged the annual price.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- The lifetime option is a single one‑time purchase and does not renew.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
- Purchases can be restored on your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and refund policies.
No warranty
Videogram is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be error‑free or that every export will meet your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
